Job Description
· Interpret and translate between Kannada and Japanese (or English). · Accompany with expats to join meetings and business trips (travel to outstations occasionally). · Preparing minutes of meetings in Japanese (or English). · Translation of emails, manuals, or any other documents from Japanese to English, English to Japanese, Japanese to Kannada, and Kannada to Japanese. · Any other work as assigned by the Human Resource Team related to office administration. · Should be able to teach basic Japanese communicated related vocabulary to peers of the company. · Support Japanese staff to communicate with local staff or workers and vice versa.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・ Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Language, Arts, or related field. ・ Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry. ・Japanese / English / Kannada（speaking、writing,reading） ・Japanese required JLPT N2. ・TOEIC minimum 700 points or more. ・Good Speaking Proficiency and typing Speed in Japanese, Kannada, and English. ・Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook. ・Willing to work on holidays, and weekends, shifting schedules, and extended working hours. ・Able to act responsibly and proactively ・Having a strong will to carry out to the end ・Strong communication skills ・Preferably Diploma/Engineer in Mechanical
