Position : Operation (Sr) Manager
Reporting to : General Manager
Work Location : Delhi
Responsibilities :
○Team Management
○Arrangement with the Japanese side of the export plan
○Cooperation with relevant departments
○Mediation of requests from Japan
○Participation and response to regular meetings with Japan
○Cooperative activities from the manufacturing department to the sales department
○Other duties as assigned (Documentation / Meeting facilitation…)

○Japanese Level N2 - N3 (JLPT)
○Experience of Management Team and team building
○Experience of coordination between Indian and Japanese
○Understanding for Quality Management System
○Knowledge of Chemical / Food / Pharma / Medical
