Job Description
• Assist in marketing and advertising campaigns on digital and non-digital platforms
• Assist in event and promotional activities
• Plan, manage, organize, coordinate, evaluate events to meet objectives
• Meet project deadlines
• Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Review and evaluate sales and promotion performance
• Prepare external presentation/meeting documents and internal reports
• Conduct market surveys, collect data, track feedback, assist in planning and management procedures, report the situation and provide suggestions for improvement
• Plan and update Advertisement and Promotion cost
• Business Travel to Asian countries (Around 6 times per year)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor's degree or above, fresh graduate welcome!
• Good command of Japanese(N2 or above), English, and mandarin
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
