<Job Responsibilities>
• Coordinate daily restaurant management operations
• Oversee and direct the food preparation process
• Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
• Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Ensure all employees are working within outlined operating standards
• Train and supervise all employees
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Hotel Management/Food and Beverage Management or related discipline
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), Chinese, and English
• Fresh graduate welcomed
• Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
