Job Detail

<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide banking services to Corporate Customers through the telephone;
• Provide various indication rate to customers
• Conclude daily banking transactions including Bilateral Loans, Time Deposit, Foreign Exchange, Remittance, etc.;
• Solicit new transactions from customers
• Handle customers inquiries and to provide the necessary support for the customers;
• Provide various money market and FX indication rate to customers;
• Liaise with various departments in front and back offices to ensure smooth completion of transactions
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably business or finance-related discipline;
• At least 3 years of experience in bank customer services or marketing support
• Good knowledge in banking products including money market transactions and foreign exchange;
• Strong communication skill and good telephone manner;
• Proactive, accurate, detail-minded, and a good team player;
• Native Cantonese, fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office
