<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle overseas buyers’ inquiries and follow up orders independently
• Liaise closely with inter-companies and buyers
• Arrange sample
• Monitor order process to ensure a timely delivery
• Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers
• Discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services with related parties and customers, determine the cause of the problem, take corrective and preventative action
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales
• Other duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 1 year of experience in merchandising
• Work experience in a manufacturing or a trading company is a MUST
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above) and English
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime
• Proficient in MS office
