Job Description
- Provide professional customer service by handling incoming phone calls and responds accordingly
- Serve walk-in customer on loan queries and further their applications on demand
- Contact customers for additional information if needed and proceed their application according to the company workflow
<Requirements>
- College diploma or above
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in loan handling
- Experience as a customer service position is highly preferred
- Good command of Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge including but not limited to Chinese Word Processing
