Job Description

<Job Duties>
- Oversee overall HR operation both entities  in China and Hong Kong
- Responsible for the overall implementation of the Project’s Jobs Creation agenda.
- Periodical performance and trend analysis of different recruitment channel and policy.
- Ensuring that proper audit and monitoring mechanisms are followed.
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Convergence with other inside and outside departments to facilitate company & human resource target.
- Monitor and appraise the performance of employees and human resource strategies, hence to modify and develop incentives and provide proper educational opportunities.
- Communicating values, strategies, and objectives with other departments
- Build up company image and enforces ethical business practices by collaborating with government, community organizations, and employees both in the mainland and Hong Kong. 
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge through various ways such as attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies as to bring latest news and information to the company.
- Assess subordinates’ competency levels and recommend proper development tools in subordinates’ potential(s).
- Optimize subordinates' performance by effective communication, delegation, motivation and coaching.
- Responsible for personnel hiring, training & developing, appraising, disciplining and resolving employees' conflicts and managing changes.
- Participate and lead subordinates in the Corporate Management System such as NIMS and Health & Safety issues.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Occasion business trip to China with top management

Job Requirement

<Must Requirement>
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or Business Management 
- With at least 8 years’ experience in the HR field (All-round experience is a must)
- With at least 5 years' experience as manager role and direct report to top management, experience and familiar with Employment Ordinance (Both China and Hong Kong). 
- Fluent in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Japanese (N1 Holder is a must) 
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, well-organized and independent.
- Good command in using MS applications (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese.
- Able to work under pressure and at a fast-paced environment.
