Job Description
- Responsible for phone answering, sending and receiving correspondence via courier/forwarder/post, greeting clients/customers and tea serving.
- Office Hygiene and Tidy Maintenance: office cleaning, telephone/PC/copiers monitoring and tidy up the meeting room as well.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Maintain office equipment
- Reservation for office meeting rooms, restaurant, hotel & ticket etc.
- Payment handling for the non-trade expense as well as checking the statement and vouchers.
- Company car arrangement
- Ad hoc support for the team
Job Requirement
- Diploma or above, in Adm. / Business field will be average
- Minimum 1 year working experience, in administration field are advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, Excel and Chinese inputting is preferable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
