Job Description
• Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing of company policies & procedures and ensure compliance with to HK Labour Ordinance and other local regulations
• Review the current HRIS workflow, implement system enhancement and set key business processes to ensure the system stability
• Design, develop and deliver on-going soft skill training programs to support business objectives
• Assist in preparing HR budget, forecast, and various analytical reports
• Conduct market survey regularly for providing business insights on the market pay trend in order to ensure the salary packages competitiveness
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in Human Resources generalist function, at least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in a sizable company
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other employment-related legislation
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Open-minded, creative thinking and a good team player
