Job Description
- To communicate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers, Site Supervisors, and Designers to arrange the delivery dates, amount of items, construction period.
- Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget
- Listening to the client's demand and support vendors to achieve the good designed interior of shops
- Attend meeting with Management & Client, discuss the detail of the project process and quotation
- Occasional business trip to Japan and Mainland China
- Supporting Sales team on the situation
- Adhoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- 10 years of related experience of project management interior firm or construction company
- People who participated in projects such as buildings and hotels
- Good command of Japanese & English & Mandarin
