Job Description
- Assist in Daily Operation including handling request forms and documents submitted from existing clients
- Follow up and manage existing cases as an intermediary for insurance company and clients
- To perform assistant duties including handling incoming calls, answering inquiries from clients.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
-At least 1 years working experience in customer service/admin
-Good command of spoken and written Japanese and English
-Strong problem solving skills; ability to multi task and prioritize work
-Detail minded, able to handle multiple tasks independently
-Proficiency in MS Office
