Our client, a Japanese listed company is looking for a Merchandising Clerk:
Job Description
• Prepare and handle various documents, included but not limited to invoices and P/L, etc. independently
• Work with shipping company for the shipment arrangement
• Manage goods return, ATA carnet and payment follow-up
• Provide general support to the team and assist in any ad hoc assignments
• Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• At least 1 years’ of administration experience, with garment or fabric background will be advantage
• Knowledge in logistics and trading industry would be an asset
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese language is preferred
• Sound knowledge in PC operations with proficiency in MS offices applications
• Responsible, well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
