• Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets in order to achieve sales targets
• Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets for proper licensing strategies formulation and ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
• Work with legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues
• Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
• Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines.
- 4 years working experience in character licensing business.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure with strong project management and analytical skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Short notice is preferred.
