Job Description
- Strategy formulation and implementation for brand license program development.
- Manage all aspects of License Program to ensure brand owner expectations are met.
- Source and negotiate with potential new licensees.
- Build and maintain a strong licensees’ network for consumer products and promotions.
- Develop strategic recommendations and implement licensing plans in the region to achieve KPI, including revenue and profit targets.
- Maintain on-going analysis of licensees financial forecasting, sales trend, and business trends.
- Manage all communications with new and existing licensees such as loyalty report and marketing plans.
- To ensure the business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives.
- Prepare all license document including agreement, authorization letter and related documents.

Requirements
- Degree holder with 10 years solid experience in the business development or brand marketing, in which at least 5 years in brand licensing.
- Strong network of licensing, full set of skills in account management and relationship build up.
- Creative, organized with a high level of initiative.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese would be an advantage.
- Short notice is preferred.
