Job Description
- Provide marketing support in the promotion of vehicle finance business to individual and corporate customers.
- Maintain the quality of assigned loan portfolio to achieve business targets.
- Assist the Supervisor &/or Manager to maintain good relationship of dealer and customer accounts to sustain business and acquire new referrals.
- Cultivate business from specific customer segments as assigned.
- Handle all customers/dealers’ inquiries to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist to negotiate the loan terms with customers in accordance with the Company policies.
- Conduct customer visit and dealer visit as arranged by the Supervisor.
- Interview potential customers/dealers to collect important information for compiling customized loan proposal and making loan applications, when necessary.
- Assess the credit worthiness of dealers/customers by analyzing their financial statements, bank statements & banking facilities as well as checking their repayment capability.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
- 1-2 years working experience in banking or finance field, exposure in Sales/Marketing area
- Knowledge of financial statement interpretation and credit analysis
- Good presentation (outgoing & outspoken character with good communication skills) and analytical skills
- High integrity and initiative, meticulous, strong achievement drive and able to work independently
- Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office application
