Job Description
• Handle customer enquirers and request in professional manner with tactful customer service skill.
• Provide excellent customer services to premier customers.
• Provide advice to customers regarding their requirements, prepare cost estimations and register bookings.
• Handle and deal with service issues in a timely manner.
• To translate provided documents into Japanese for internal and external usage.
• Develop customer relationships with the ability to establish a professional network at the top level.
• Participate in ad hoc assignment when required.
Requirements
• University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Experienced in customer service in Hotel, Airline and Travel Agency is preferred
• Proactive with good attention to detail and able to work under pressure
• Good Communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good in both spoken and business written Japanese
• More experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (on-the-job training will be provided)
