Job Description
- Prepare Purchase order and Sales documents
- Discuss with overseas custom / Supplier
- Arrange the shipment to destination
- Provide full set of shipping documents
- Co-operate with forwarder & carrier
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- University graduate
- Full set of shipping
- Minimum 2~3 years of shipping and trading experience
- Good command of English and Mandarin and Japanese
- Familiar with systems input, Excel and Power point
- Can work independently, well organized and detail-minded
- Immediately available is preferred
