Our client is a global fibers company now seeking for an experienced caliber as below:

Job Description
1.Develop effective regional and local marketing communication strategies and plans(calendars) for the assigned region covering the key elements of the marketing mix (trade marketing, promotion management, marketing communication, online, CRM and training). These plans need to be agreed with business management and regional/local management.
2. Lead the regional team to execute the above mentioned plan(s)/calendar(s) in order to achieve marketing and business objectives and consequently monitor and report on the progress hereof.
3. Manage the marketing budget for the assigned region and monitor on progress and potential of new concepts and products coming from business development.
4. Manage and drive the use of key marketing tools and assets in the region.
5. Organize and evaluate key marketing events, exhibitions, customer events and fairs in the assigned region.
6. Generate actionable insights into regional and local consumer and customer behavior (motivation/needs/purchase/usage) through market and consumer research and liaison with customers, distributors and clients, within the existing key markets and new markets.
7. Build competitor intelligence, hence develop a highly competitive portfolio and anticipate/counter attack key competitor actions.
8. Identify and liaise with potential brand and retail partners in terms of co-branding arrangements. Consequently set up formal agreements together with legal.
9. Initiate and check regional feasibility of new concepts/fiber types

Requirements
1.At least a bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism or PR
2. Min. 10 years experience in marketing communications or a similar field, in sizable company (solid experience in fashion / FMCG/ chemical industry is preferable);
3. Strong leadership and organization skills with a strategic mindset; at least 5 years’ experience in people manager role.
4. Experience and knowledge on digital marketing preferred
5. Thorough understanding of strategic marketing and business planning process; understanding and knowledge on: event management, social media planning and relation management, advertising; Copy-writing and graphic designing experience are a plus.
6. Excellent presentation skill and interpersonal skill, excellent team player.
7. Fluent in both written, spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
8. Responsive, independent with creative drive, take initiative, open minded, clear and open communicator.
9. Travel is required.
