Our client, a OEM toys manufacturing company, is now looking for the below talent to fill their team
Job Description
• Handle full spectrum of Human Resources from recruitment & selection, New Staff Orientation & Training, Attendance & Leave Management as well as Compensation & Benefits (payroll, MPF, taxation, medical insurance)
• Assist in general administration duties like reception, courier services, office necessities maintenance
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system
• Participate in any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
• Diploma holder or above in related discipline
• About 3-5 years of working experience in Administration / Human Resources field
• Good PC operation and proficiency in MS Office
• Responsible, detail-minded and with logical thinking and legal sense
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, Japanese Speaking is a great advantage
