Their business in HK including offshore M&A, financial investment, trade settlement and financing, asset management, corporate treasury center etc. Due to business expanding rapidly and their are inviting high caliber candidates to join the group.
Job Description
Formulate company's strategic planning and development providing strategic analysis and recommendations for management decision-making;
Assist the company to develop new business, develop new business investment prospects analysis, implementation planning and investment return analysis;
Responsible for investing the dynamics of domestic and overseas capital markets, collecting and analyzing information, business models, and market trends of related products and services in the financial industry, and writing analytical reports;
Matching the strategic direction of the Group and well planned the whole year’s investment planning and reporting tasks;
Establish good relationship with major banks, securities firms, investment companies, fund management companies and other financial institutions;
Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in finance, business administration, economics, and related disciplines;
6 year or above experience in financial institutions (strategic experience with big 4 is a big plus);
Responsible and self-conscious, with strong leadership, organization and coordination capabilities;
Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English;
