Job Description
Our client, a Finance Technology company is looking for a candidate with the following:
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment duties for global group companies
- Responsible for recruiting finance, IT, Fin-tech specialists across the world
- Responsible for campus recruiting, and recruitment for Japanese
- Mainly handle for recruitment and compensation & benefit, Payroll
- Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- Fluent in Japanese and good command in English and Mandarin is must
- 3 years working experiences of recruiting in In-house HR or Recruitment Firm
- Experiences in international recruitment operation, or finance and IT market field should be advantage
- Well versed in Crypto currency must be big advantage
Package
- 20K～25K
- Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus
