Job Description

Our client is a Japanese securities firm and they are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their Customer Service Department

Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

·         Liaise with customers and take client orders in a timely manner

·         Execute trade transactions through various channels for overseas equities and futures markets

·         Serve customers around the world thru email, phone, and face-to-face

·         Participate in ad-hoc system enhancement projects when required

·         Assist in regular corporate web content update and other administrative support to the team

 

Requirements:

·         Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related disciplines

·         Minimum 1 year experience in customer services, preferably in financial services industry

·         Qualified to be registered as licensed person under SFC (Type 1 & 2)

·         Must be proficient in PC knowledge (including MS Office and Internet)

·         Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

·         Customer oriented with strong communication skills

·         Self-initiated, highly accurate, ability to work independently and under pressure

·         Night shift is required

·         Immediate available preferred
