Job Description
· Provide secretarial support to top management and Japanese expatriates
· Handling office administrative and clerical duties such as procurement of office supplies, insurance matters and coordination of contract-based services
· Assist in payroll processing, MPF administration, tax reporting, and leave management, attendance and insurance
· Implement and execute policies & procedures to achieve company standards and goals
· .Ad hoc project
Requirements
Degree holder in Business related disciplines
· At least 5 years administration experience preferred in Japanese company
· Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2/JLPT2)
· Positive, self-motivated, independent and strategic thinking
· Well organized, strong communication and negotiation skills
