Our client is a multi-national commercial bank with presence in Hong Kong. They are expanding their business in Hong Kong and looking for a seasoned professional for the Vice President – product marketing position. Responsibilities:
• Originate, structure, execute and distribute syndicated loans
• Prepare financing proposal, information memorandum and financial projection
• Review and negotiate loan documents
• Handle and share the unit’s administration works
Requirements:
• University graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline
• With 6-8 years’ solid experience in the marketing or credit analysis duties of corporate banking, preferably with 2-3 years’ exposure in syndicated lending
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and report writing skills
• Ability to cope with fast-paced working environment and a fast - learner
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (fluency in Mandarin is preferred)
