Our client, Japanese Chemicals & Plastics company, is now looking for suitable candidates as the following:
Japanese Speaking Customer Support Officer – Chemicals & Plastics
Responsibilities
- Receive orders and prepare documents for shipping, invoice, etc.
- Handle company's logistic operations, including limited receiving / delivery control, and inventory control
- To ensure our service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Make arrangement mail and courier service
- To manage company office equipment
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required, especially office matter
Requirements
- Above 1-2 years experiences in relevant shipping operation would be preferred
- Good command of Japanese, English, and Mandarin ( Reading and Writing)
- Familiar with MS Excel & Word
Package
- HKD 10,000 – HKD 12,000
- Working Hour: Mon - Fri : 09:00 - 17:00
- Double pay
- Annual Leave : 10 days / 1st year ( Max 14 days )
