Our client, a Japanese trading company is now looking for a sales coordinator for the expansion
Duties
• Liaising with suppliers and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents;
• Prepare quotation with cost calculation and monthly report;
• Experience in review purchase contract and order processing in SAP system;
• Coordinate with customers and internal parties to ensure daily logistic operations on schedule;
• Follow up inventory management and deal with customer inquiries
Requirement
• Diploma Holder in Shipping/ Logistics or related disciplines or above
• With a min 2 years’ experience in electronics trading company.
• Familiar with China and overseas import and export procedures
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and responsible
• Good in Japanese (N2 or above) English and Fluent Mandarin,
• Immediate available is highly preferred
Package:
• Mon – Fri / 08:30 – 17:30
• 12 months with bonus
• Tsim Sha Tsui
• Salary up to 17K
