Our client, a famous Japanese company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set of accounts, month-end closing, annual audit and budgeting etc
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources affairs and Office Administration
- Support the monthly payroll and general HR duties
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Accounting field
- Solid experience or related discipline in Human Resources management and Office Administration
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Experience in system support and administration is definitely an advantage
Good command of both written & spoken English is a must; Fluent in Japanese will be an advantageD
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing etc.
- Independent, detail-minded, adaptive, willing to work overtime, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Immediately available is preferred
