Job Description
Our client a renowned Japanese luxury brand looking for a candidate with the following requirements:
Responsibilities
• Setup, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of network and server systems
• On-site work to our shops in Hong Kong and Macao is required occasionally
• Responsible in supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of existing systems related project.
• Perform technical hardware/software operations support; installation, maintenance and testing; provide support for internal users
• Perform and Maintain daily IT operations (such as backup, network/hardware support & system documentation update)
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the office operation when necessary.
Requirements
• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or IT related discipline with at least 3 years of IT working experience.
• Solid experience in POS and system implementation.
• Retail experience is definitely an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English , Mandarin and Cantonese
• Self-initiated, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
