Job Description
Our Japanese client which is providing an internet auction service , is now looking for a suitable candidate as the following:
Responsibilities
- Able to handle general office accounting & administration matters with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Perform data entry, and handle bank receipt and payments operation
- Handle with medical, MPF, leave management and taxation documents( mainly supported by a consulting firm)
- Responsible for employees relations, according to employment ordinance
Job Requirements
- above bachelor degree, Good command of Japanese, English and Mandarin
- at least 2 years working experience in accounting, administration, or executive secretary
- Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Cheerful, enthusiastic, energetic and good interpersonal skills
- Immediate available should be advantage
