Requirements
- Working experiences of Leasing Management in Apparel or Jewelry/Watch retail brands
- Having knowledge of working flow and each procedure required for opening brand shops
- Good command written in English, and conversation level of Japanese speaking skill
- Independent and smart, having good sense of business and marketing
- To be responsible for Retail Marketing and leasing management
- Establish long-term and short-term business strategy & plans for maximizing market penetration and brand performance
- Collecting information and searching suitable location/tenants for the their shops
- Negotiate with developers or building owners and planning the forecast of interior construction
- Manage the teams for achieving the best outcome on product development, assortment plans, business development and brand management with the objective of driving sales and revenue growth
- Having contact with Japan head office for plans and products
