Job Description
- University graduate in HR/ Adm, or related discipline
- Excellent English and Mandarin in both spoken and written
- 5 years’ experience in HR or Adm. section, preferable with experience supporting the Dept Head in HR team
- Good PC Skills incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Sensitive Able to handle confidential information
- Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Assist HR Manager in various aspects of HR functions including C&Bs, manpower planning, employee relations & communication, performance management and training & development, etc.
- Prepare various periodic statistical and analysis reports including Monthly Headcount reports, Manpower Forecast reports, Benchmarking reports, etc. for management review
- Assist in formulating & implementing Annual Salary Review and Benchmarking analysis, assessments, and preliminary cost-benefits comparisons in order to align with business delivery initiatives
- Manage, monitor, review & update benchmark system & related SOP and identifies areas for process improvement
- Support Performance Management process and analysis; redesign existing appraisal formats, etc.
- Assist in various HR initiatives, development programs and ad hoc projects / assignments
