<Job Responsibilities>
• Pre-sales support
• Design ICT system and Network for customers
• Provide solution proposals and presentations, proof of concept, and technical documentation.
• Ensure good and timely communication among customers, implementation, and sales teams.
• Project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Project management work such as technical documents including system documentation, network diagrams, etc.
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and operation support of Routers/ Switches, Firewalls, Servers, and PC equipment.
• Development of new ICT solution product/service.
• Finish projects on time with quality and cost control
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 3 years of work experience in technical pre-sales or consulting support in ICT or related areas.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Japanese would be a plus.
• Hands-on experience with network equipment such as Routers, and LAN switches.
• Hands-on experience with security appliances/products such as Firewalls, IDS, and IPS.
• Good customer interface, dialogue communications, and technical writing skills are a must
