Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Provide ERP consultation and implementation services • Collect business requirements from various users and cooperate with internal IT members and vendors for system development and enhancements • Evaluate clients’ existing IT infrastructure and recommend system improvements • Develop and configure customized ERP solutions, and ensure seamless system integration • Run diagnostic tests and resolve issues to enhance performance • Provide ERP end-user training and technical support • Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates • Business trip in Asia (depending on the business needs)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines • 1 year of ERP application experience preferred • Fresh graduates will also be considered • Experience in any ERP modules gained from the distribution, manufacturing, and financial industry preferred • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
