Job Description
Our client, an online electronics trading Platform Company is looking for a talent to fill up the position:
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic sales/marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives, by planning cost effective operations and market development activities
· Strategy planning for marketing to reach potential users in Greater China such as trading companies, manufacturers, factories.
· Able to lead, supervise, maintain and strengthen teams capability and able to partner with other regional offices for business/process alignment to drive effective and efficiency.
· Able to work, train and liaise with all involving parties to ensure deliver of quality services
· Responsible to manage purchasing and logistics operation dealing with semiconductors and electric components
· Responsible for the sales target and compliance organization
Requirements
· Bachelor or above in business or related discipline
· At least 15 years solid working experiences in semiconductors/electric components company, familiar in Ecommerce would be advantage
· Proven track record of successful sales with multinational business, of which experience in the China Region will be an advantage
· Ability to network with peers and industry players
· Fluent in written and spoken both English and Mandarin
· Good communication skills including negotiation and presentation skills
· Independent, flexible, problem solving and positive attitude with a service and analytical mindset
