Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Document process (Purchase Orders, Delivery Note, etc.).
・Direct Communication between Japan headquarter and customers to meet the tasks requirement.
・Monitor Customers’ forecast vs orders.
・Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and his delegates.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・At least 2-3 years sales or sales coordinator experience, experience in Japanese electronics industry is an advantage
・Diploma or above
・Stable, Humble, responsible, willing to learn
・Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Immediately available is preferred
