Our client, a famous F&B restaurant company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their team
Requirements
- Experience in chain store/restaurant development
- Familiar with a lot of real estate agencies
- Experience in costing and negotiating prices with real estate agencies
- Knowledge of fire protection law and hygieiology for branching new restaurant
- Good command of English and Japanese is required
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Duties
- Collect information about real estates for restaurant in china using connections
- Negotiate price with real estate agencies
- Oversee the process of restaurant development and improvement
- Report to Japanese managers

Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00
