Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Communicating with suppliers, customers, and our colleagues in the overseas offices.
- Preparing necessary shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificate of origins, etc.
- Submitting letter of credit negotiation documents to the bank
- Addressing and solving any issus that may arise during the delivevry of the goods.
- Maintaiting orgazined records of accounting documents and transactions.
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Form 5 or above
・2-3 years of related experience is an advantage
・Fresh graduates and less experience applicants also will be considered
・Proficient in MS Office
・Good command of English and Chinese
・Good communication and well-organized skills, and a fast learner
