Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Oversee and manage retail store including all existing store renovations and new store development projects.
• Lead the delivery of store development by using best practices to provide project guidance.
• Track progress for achieving the goals.
• Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Manage execution of contracts and provide construction process review, visit construction sites for quality checking.
• Responding to emergency maintenance needs and conducting site inspections.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Fluent in English, and Chinese
• Diploma or above in Interior Design; Construction, Architecture, Building Service or related discipline
• Fresh graduates welcome
• At least 1 year of Project Management or Interior Design experience preferred
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
