Logistics & Procurement Assistant

<Job Responsibilities>
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers
• Check and confirm delivery schedule
• Handle shipment and liaise with suppliers, warehouse & forwarders
• Update shipment status and arrange urgent delivery
• Verify suppliers' invoices
• Verify and monitor inventory levels and computerize records
• Process buying price adjustment in the system
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High school or above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in a Japanese electronics company is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Japanese ability is an advantage
