Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
· Shipment Arrangement and Shipping Document Handling
· Prepare Shipping Orders to forwarders for on-time shipment
· Monitor suppliers’ delivery status
· Issue and send shipping documents to customers
· Forwarders’ Invoices and other invoices related to logistics costs
· Check and Verify forwarders’ or related invoices
· Input into the cost system and Cross-check the data
· Attend regular logistics meeting
· Prepare Import / Export declaration
· Assist & Support to Manager & Department Head
· Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
· Form 6 or Above
· 3~5 years relevant working experience in logistics
· Knowledge of I/E documents
· Knowledge of China customs and business
· Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
· Familiar with Microsoft Office
· Good communication and problem solving skills
· Business trip is required
· Immediate availability is preferred
