Job Description
- To be in charge of sales activity (Leasing for Residential property)
- Following up existing clients and orders, handle inquiries, assist customers to see the new property.
- Negotiate the conditions, provisional arrangement before agreement.
- Assists Customer for removing. (order and arrange Furniture and home appliances.)
- Maintain relationship with corporate landlords and tenants

<Necessary skill>
- Over 2 year experience of Service Industry(Real Estate, Hotel, Travel, Insurance etc.)
- Good communication skills and being proactive to find new market.
- Good command of English and Mandarin and Japanese
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Excel
