Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales for an electronic parts trading company (mainly existing customers, but also new development)
- Development of new suppliers
- Building good relationships with customers (frequent customer visits/communication)
- Customer visit in Hong Kong + business trip to China about twice a week. In addition, if customers are gathered to some extent, there are business trips to Southeast Asia.
- Delivery time control
- Product Incoming Inspection
- Obtaining quotations, preparing quotations, issuing order forms, etc.
- Preparation of internal materials (weekly / monthly reports), forecast submission to suppliers
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Must Skill / Experience>
- At least 1-2 years work experience as Sales
*If no sales experience, knowledge about import /export is MUST
- Good command of Mandarin
- Japanese & English : Conversational level
- Outgoing,Team player, able to handle all round duties.
<Preferred skill / Experience>
- Experience in semiconductor/electronics field, Japanese company is preferred
