Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator / Inside Sales Executive

【Immediately after joining the company】
-General accounting system processing
-In-house document creation

【Eventually in charge of the following operations】*Judge suitability
-Invoice management, accounting data entry and checking
-Monthly and annual financial statement management
-Create Internal report
-Coordination with accounting firms, annual settlement support
-Subsidiary financial management
-Support　Manager
-Ad-hoc duties



<Must Requirements>
-5-10 years experience of accounting
-Bachelor or above
-Japanese : Conversational ~　Business level (N2 level or above)
* Able to Japanese Speaking & listening / Communicate with Japanese Staff
-Able to use Accounting system（Peach tree is prefer ）

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Able to handle audits
-Experienced in Chinese/ASEAN accounting standards
-Experience of accounting Manager
