Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Prepare and Follow-up on PO, SO to ensure a timely delivery
• Coordinate with clients(sister companies) in Japan, Southeast Asia, etc.
• Coordinate with Chinese suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• At least 1 year of sales admin experience
• High Diploma or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint &, etc.)
