Job Description
• Provide clerical support to the branch office and the sales team, such as preparing Purchase Order, Invoice, and Packing List, etc.
• Prepare shipment report
• Manage warehouse in-out record
• Arrange maintenance for the office
• Prepare maintenance report
• Arrange courier pickup and delivery
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduate welcome)
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
