Japanese Speaking Sales Assistant

<Job Responsibilities>
・Daily coordination with suppliers, customers, and carrier
・Process order with accuracy
・Support documentation and filing
・Monitor shipping schedule by daily
・ Any other ad hoc tasks


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma / Associated Degree
・At least 2-3 years of related experience
・Proficient in MS ( Vlookup, Pivot, Dynamics NAV)
・Business level of English and Mandarin
・Business level of Japanese (N1Preferable)
