Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese trading company is now looking for a talent to fill up the team -
Duties
- Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Handle security system of the company
- To monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase of new material
- Support organizing office activities such as venue setup, facilities & team arrangement, etc
- To arrange annual inspection of fire service equipment and renew certificate
- To organize annual fire drill with Management Office
- Support general administrative work
- To assigned other jobs by superior
Requirements
- - Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
- - With at least 2 years working experience in general affairs work.
- - Strong sense of responsibility, independent to handle work
- - A good team player
- - Good in Japanese (N2 / JLPT2 or above). Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- - Immediate available is highly preferred
Package
- 16-22K
- 5 days’ work
- 12 months with discretionary bonus
