<Job Responsibilities>
・Monitor shipping schedule by daily
・Process order with accuracy, calculate transportation fee and make invoice
・Daily coordination with suppliers, customers and carrier
・Manage stock control, Picking and Packing(about once a week) (It is not heavy item)
・Basic translation work from Japanese to Chinese
・Attend exhibition as booth staff (few times a year)
・Ad-hoc duty
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・No experience needed
・Proficient in MS, Excel/Word
・Business level of Japanese and English
・Communicational Mandarin and be able to type in Chinese is a must
・Fresh welcome
