Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Evaluate people’s moving needs, find the right solution, and prepare quotations
• Follow up and follow through with the customers, while working well with others both in and outside of the office
• Instruct and supervise movers to pack, unpack, load, and unload items
• Prepare invoices, insurance, and related documents
• Handle clients’ inquiries
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• At least 1 year of experience in handling Japanese clients
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
